Disc skimmer for emulsion maintenance. Our oil skimmer / disc skimmer, with PVC or stainless steel disc with a 300 mm skimmer disc has an enormous effective power. The rotating skimmer disc generates a circular bath movement which attracts the tramp oil from the entire cooling lubricant surface. The disc skimmer is used to remove tramp oils from cooling lubricants. The disc skimmer is quickly and securely attached to the coolant tank with its two universal tension clamps. The use of our disc skimmers for cooling lubricant care largely prevents the formation of bacteria and considerably increases the service life of the cooling lubricants. The strain on the machine operator caused by odour and steam development is considerably reduced.
