Consumers according to §37 VSBG

In fulfilment of our legal obligation under § 37 of the Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (VSBG), we would like to point out that we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures before consumer arbitration boards.

Nevertheless, the law requires us to inform you of a consumer arbitration board responsible for you for information purposes only:
