Delivery and shipping costs in tabular view

The following shipping conditions apply:

The dispatch to German islands is excluded. No dispatch takes place on the following foreign islands: Andorra, Ceuta, Gibraltar, Livigno, Malta, Melilla, San Marino and all European islands, except for the islands of Great Britain and Ireland.

This will be pointed out separately on the respective product page. For logistical reasons, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself. We calculate the shipping costs according to shipping weight:

Delivery times

As far as no other period is indicated in the article description, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 1 - 4 days. If advance payment has been agreed upon, the period for delivery shall begin on the following bank working day after the payment order has been issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times or products that are not in stock at the time of your order, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

If you wish to have the goods shipped to another country, please write us an email and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we must inquire about the shipping option and costs in advance with our shipping partner.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for money transfer through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
